Innovest Closes Investment on Mixed Use Project in Tampa, Florida

Innovest Capital announced this week the initial closing of a $20 million equity investment opportunity in suburban Tampa, Florida. The Preserve at Alafia, a $100 million mixed use development project, will consist of a 350-unit luxury apartment community, 75,000 square feet of retail and office space, and a 115 room Holiday Inn & Suites Hotel. read more
