Our Preferred Methodology

Our preferred methodology is to work directly with Sponsor Developers to set a comprehensive and specialized Fund Program that caters to an identifiable pipeline. Innovest professionals, in coordination with Gulf Investment House, will design a Fund Program that meets the diversified needs of their client base. Innovest Capital provides both the capital and supplementary real estate experience required to help its Developer Partners achieve realization of their overall growth visions and establish a track record of closing pipeline transactions.
